Terms and Conditions

Payments

   Payment for workshops must be received in full 48 hours prior to the start of the workshop. Forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Credit Cards. For Checks, Money Orders and Cashier’s Checks, please allow 3 to 4 days for clearance.

Cancellation Policy

   Registrants are responsible for payment unless notice of cancellation is received 48 hours prior to each workshop start date.  If you cannot attend the workshop, you may send someone in your place.  There is no fee for name change substitutions.  It is not our policy to issue refunds unless we cancel a scheduled workshop.  In that case only, we will gladly refund your registration fee or issue a workshop credit toward a future workshop of your choice.  Please note that no-shows will be invoiced.

   All workshop materials, (including workbooks, CDs, videos, or any other documentation) are the property of Pugliese Public Relations and may not be reproduced, distributed, altered, or quoted in any publications or posted on the Internet in any manner without the written consent of Pugliese Public Relations.
